It is essential to be in time with the contracted schedule and park the vehicle in the parking in the corresponding office.
If you want to extend your contract, you must go to the office or contact the phone numbers provided.
If the vehicle can circulate (minor problems such as problems with the radio, air conditioning, GPS, broken window, horn, etc.) should be directed to the office; where, if necessary, we will give you a replacement vehicle.

If you wish you can change the vehicle in the B & D CARS office. Due to availability reasons, it is essential to contact the office before.

Report the theft immediately to the competent authority and deliver the corresponding report to the office.
Personal items are not included in the insurance coverage and therefore B & D CARS can not be take responsibility for your belongings.
Get in touch with the Local Police of the area. You must go to the municipal vehicle depot and pay the corresponding fine plus the cost of towing the vehicle. B & D CAR is not responsible for the recovery of the vehicle in these cases.
NOTE: REMEMBER to take with you the rental agreement and personal identification document to be able to recover the vehicle.
Unless the breakdown or accident is the result of negligence from your part, it will be so.
Please keep in mind that depending on the circumstances in which the breakdown or accident occurred, you may be asked for a bond at the office, which will be returned in full once it has been proven that there has not been negligent action from your side.
